Rules for Sample size:
Bigger population
Smaller sample size

pops < 100 and > 5000 have uniques problems
Random Sample: = each member of a chosen population has an equal and independent chance of being chosen.
Satrtified Sample: members are chosen to meet specific distributions (often they are somehow representative of the demogarphics of the target population). Can be proportional or non-proportional.
