My ideas are *STILL* often dismissed. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I have THREE strikes against me:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. I’m female.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
2. My PhD is in Ed Tech (y’know, not \/\/REAL\/\/)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
3. I am a sessional. (Be sure to insert the silent “JUST A” before the word ‘sessional’.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Never mind that I have more teaching experience than almost ALL of my colleagues. (I actually taught a fair number of my colleagues when THEY were undergrads.)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
