* string &/or yarn * scissors * toilet paper rolls * 1-hole punch

1. Cut the string/yarn into 4“ (10 cm) pieces
2. Punch holes into the toilet paper roll
3. Thread the strings and yarn through the roll
4. Hang the rolls outside in a dry place

Birds will come and take the string and yarn to use in building their nests.
