We accept Cash, Postal Money Orders, and e-transfers. We do not do Paypal or Credit Cards.

When you are ready to purchase a specific rabbit, please fill out my:
Agreement of Sale

HOLD = in email with potential buyer but please inquire.
PENDING = 50% non-refundable deposit received.
SOLD = self explanatory.

*If you come to our farm to purchase a rabbit we will bring it out for you and you may inspect it before purchase, but for reasons of disease control and security, no-one is permitted into the rabbitry.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell a rabbit to anyone.
If you have not yet paid a deposit, we have the right to refuse to sell to you without explanation. If you *have* paid a deposit (or in full), we will refund your money and provide you with an explanation.

Unless otherwise agreed to, ALL pending sales, replacements, or trades expire ONE YEAR after the date of the original agreement, whether the agreement has been completed or not.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a bunny until it is weaned.
The deposit must be received no later than one week after stating you want a specific rabbit. After one week your hold is cancelled and the rabbit may go back up for sale, or may no longer be available. If the buyer changes their mind after sending a deposit, then that your hold will be cancelled and the buyer forfeits the deposit.

Full payment is due upon pick up.

• Babies must be picked up or have arranged a time time for pick up ( if delivering ) at/by 8 weeks of age. If the rabbit is not claimed within 7 days your hold will be cancelled, and the buyer forfeits deposit.
• Juniors/seniors - I will hold a rabbit for one week (unless other arrangements have been made). A boarding fee of $5 a week will be added on if you need me to care for the rabbit longer. We must know exactly how long we will be boarding your rabbit.

If the buyer has paid in full and fails to collect the rabbit within 1 week of the agreed-upon pick-update, the sale will be cancelled and the buyer forfeits payment ( provided no other arrangements have been made ). If the buyer can not be contacted or has not given a definite date for pick-up, the sale will be cancelled one week after last contact. All payments made will be forfeited, and the buyer will receive an email notice of cancellation.

Please Note: I am honest with all my dealings and I expect purchaser's to do the same. If I ever find out that a buyer has misrepresented themselves, their intent, failed to abide by the terms of this agreement, or changed any information about the rabbit(s) they purchased from me, I will cease to deal with them and may pursue further legal action.

The Purchaser(s) agrees to and understand(s) the following conditions:

1. The rabbit shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment.
2. In the case that the rabbit is not already tattooed, it is agreed that when it is tattooed, the number listed above will be the ONLY one placed in the left ear.
3. The rabbit's official name shall not be changed ³⁾.
4. The name of the original breeder of this rabbit must be included on all subsequent pedigrees.
5. The quality or background of the rabbit is not to be misrepresented at any time.
6. If the buyer decides not to keep the rabbit FOR ANY REASON, they MUST inform the Seller. The Seller retains first right of refusal. The Seller reserves the right to buy back the rabbit at a reasonable price (usually the original purchase price minus the deposit - depending on the animal's age and condition).

The Purchaser(s) further warrant that the rabbit:

1. Will not be used for purposes other than those agreed to (see note below).
2. Will be kept in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition.
3. Is not being purchased on behalf of a third party.

The Purchaser(s) further understand(s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the rabbit is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said kit to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.

Rabbits are sold as is. I will not knowingly sell a rabbit that is ill. It is your responsibility to check the rabbit thoroughly at the time of pick up.

Health guarantees are for 7 Days from the time the bunny leaves my home. I can not guarantee animals once in a third party's hands (shipping/transport). I will replace the rabbit for equal value, same sex should it become ill or die within the 7 day period. Under most circumstances there will be no reimbursement, only replacement. Replacement agreements will be made IN WRITING, and include an expiry date.

“Equal value” is up to my discretion. It is your final decision as to whether you would like the replacement or forfeit it. I am willing to allow one refusal, but you would then have to take the next one offered. If you refuse that one, then the agreement is complete, and nothing more is owed.

All illness must be reported within 24 hours of the onset of the illness. Any ill rabbit must be seen by a qualified vet to be eligible for replacement. For the replacement to take place, the forfeited (live) rabbit will need to be returned to me at the purchaser's expense within or shortly after the 7 day period. Photos of deceased rabbit's are needed for replacement. Replacement does not cover shipping or any other costs (my travel costs etc.); this is the purchaser's responsibility. I do not reimburse for or contribute to any veterinary or necropsy bills.

Exclusions from the Health Guarantee on the above are as follows:

• Any illness or death that is not reported within the 7 day period (and within 24 hours of the onset of illness) from the time of purchase.
• Improper diet.
• Abusive or improper handling, neglect or accidental death.
• Extreme temperature fluctuations.
• Improper or unsafe housing causing sickness or death.
• Unsanitary living conditions.
• Injury from other animals.
• Death or illness due to travel stress.

We will be honest about our assessments of all of our rabbits, including their strengths and weaknesses.

We will guarantee that show quality rabbits do not have any disqualifying faults at the time of the sale. We cannot guarantee that juniors will maintain the same fur or colour quality as they mature.

We cannot guarantee fertility, success on the show table, or weight on any rabbits purchased. There are too many variables that can affect these traits.

We can deliver within the Calgary / Cochrane / Airdrie area. We may require a fee for delivery depending on distance.

We do not ship at this time. If you wish to arrange for transport with a third party, arrangements and costs are the buyer's responsibility.
