SERIOUSLY? You&#8217;re saying that if you ignore your poor and disadvantaged, then the US ranks well. So, your rich kids do as well as average kids elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>Are you seriously saying it&#8217;s OK to dismiss and ignore your poor?
